Return Window & Eligibility

  • You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return for exchange or store credit.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused/unworn
    • In original packaging with all tags attached (where applicable)
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase
    • Not purchased during sales or promotions

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@nashvillecrystalstore.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our approval and return shipping instructions
  3. Ship items to:

  4. Package returns securely in original packaging

Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns/Exchanges: You are responsible for return shipping costs
    • You may arrange your own return shipping using a tracked service
    • For exchanges, we cover shipping for the new item.
  • Damaged or incorrect items: We cover all shipping costs
    • A prepaid return label will be provided at no cost
    • Original shipping fees will be included in your store credit
  • International returns:
    • International customers are responsible for return shipping and customs/duty fees
    • We cannot provide return labels for international orders
    • Please use a tracked shipping service and email us your tracking number

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt
  • Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of damaged items
  • We'll provide a return label for verified issues

Exchange & Store Credit

  • No cash refunds
  • Store credit will be issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue date
  • Exchanges are subject to current item availability

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Used or worn items
  • Gift packaging and customized items
