Carnelian Palm Stone
Carnelian is a warm orange to red variety of chalcedony (a microcrystalline quartz) whose color comes from trace iron. Palm-sized pieces show the stone’s internal color zoning and translucency in a way smaller tumbles can’t — honey-orange cores shading into deeper red edges are common. Some of the oldest carved beads in human use are carnelian.
Meaning & Properties
Carnelian raises life force. It activates the sacral and solar plexus, the creative and personal power centers, pulls attention back to embodied action rather than overthinking, and opens up creative flow. A go-to stone when the system feels drained, hesitant, or stuck at the edge of something it already knows it needs to do.
Best For
Creative flow · Activating life force · Burnout recovery · Starting again
About This Listing
You'll receive one polished carnelian palm stone, approximately 2 to 3 inches and 2 to 4 ounces. Color ranges from pale honey orange to deep red, often with banding or zoning visible through the translucent body. Yours will be intuitively selected from our current stock.
Care
Cleanse by moonlight, sound, or on a selenite slab. Safe to rinse; avoid prolonged sun exposure, which can dull deeper oranges.
