Carnelian (Tumbled)

Carnelian is a warm orange to red variety of chalcedony (a microcrystalline quartz) whose color comes from trace iron. Some of the oldest carved beads in human use are carnelian.

Carnelian raises life force. It activates the sacral and solar plexus, the creative and personal power centers, pulls attention back to embodied action rather than overthinking, and opens up creative flow.
