Hematoid Quartz (Points)

Hematoid Quartz is clear or milky quartz with inclusions of hematite (iron oxide) that threads red, rust, and orange through the crystal, sometimes as fine mist and sometimes as dense bands. Each point pairs quartz's amplifying nature with hematite's grounding weight.

Meaning & Properties

Hematoid Quartz is a cleansing and grounding stone that works slowly but deeply. The quartz is an amplifier; the hematite grounds whatever it amplifies, which is why the combination is trusted for clearing unhealthy attachments, deflecting projected energy, and neutralizing what has been lodged in the field. It is a great conductor and grounder for finding solutions, particularly to the bigger problems we had convinced ourselves were unsolvable. Held in the left hand it tends to warm slowly up the arm, into the shoulder, and into the heart.

Care

Cleanse by moonlight, sound, or on a selenite slab. Safe to rinse briefly in cool water. Avoid prolonged sun exposure on pieces with heavy red inclusions to preserve color tone.
