Selenite is a crystallized form of gypsum, named for Selene, the Greek goddess of the moon. These hearts are hand-carved from a single piece of satin-spar selenite with an "Om" symbol etched into the face. Care

Never soak selenite in water. It will dissolve. Cleanse by moonlight or sound only. Wipe dust with a dry, soft cloth. Selenite is self-cleansing, so it rarely needs clearing itself.
